October 2026 Market Update: Campbell River & Comox Valley Real EstateWhat’s really happening in our local real estate market? In this month’s update, I break down the September 2026 numbers from the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, with a special focus on Campbell River and the Comox Valley. The Island has officially moved into buyer’s market territory, with sales down 13 per cent from last year and more homes to choose from. But prices are holding steady. The typical single-family home in Campbell River is $680,900, virtually unchanged from a year ago, and townhome values are up 3 per cent. In the Comox Valley, the typical home sits at $848,900, and it’s the only area on the Island where single-family homes, condos and townhomes all gained value over the past year.Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply curious about what your home is worth, I’ll walk you through what these numbers mean for you and share my honest advice for navigating today’s market.Have questions or want to know what your home is worth?
